We know your holiday shopping list is long enough, but we have to insist you add one more name this year: yours. It has been a long 2017. The barrage of political unrest, the devastation around the world, the plight of modern-day womanhood on so many levels…it has left us all empowered and exhausted at once. This holiday season, we want you to give back to yourself, so you can move into 2018 feeling energized, inspired and ready to take on whatever lies ahead…which will hopefully be a little kinder to us than what lies behind.

1. For your body.

We spend enough time staring at screens, so we invite you to take up real books again in 2018. Buy them, borrow them, pass them around. Just make sure they are made of paper and pile up high on your nightstand.
