Integrative Manifesting: A Holistic Approach To Magnetism

"And while this process may not be 'effortless,' it is the means through which we can genuinely manifest lasting improvements in our life."

We are excited to introduce you to Laura Brown, who will be sharing her wisdom with us in a reoccurring feature on integrative manifesting. Her goal? To help you design—from the inside out—the life you desire. We'll be learning and growing right along with you, and hope it's the gentle nudge you need to take the chance, take charge, and make the change.

Manifesting, magnetism, the Law of Attraction. It doesn't matter what you call it, we are all very into making our lives better. I mean, who doesn't want to improve some part of their lives massively? And that idea that improving our lives doesn't have to be back-breaking hard work?

Naturally, this is an idea that is going to catch on like wildfire. And it has. You can hardly open a tab to Amazon or peruse social media without running into content on the art of manifesting. Making things slightly more complicated is that there are just as many approaches to manifesting as there are terms to describe it.

And by and large, most of these theories prove wildly unhelpful. Sure we may see marginal progress, but pretty soon, it feels like our manifesting mojo is tapped, and we are back to where we began.

This is a frustration I know of first hand. I soaked up just about every book, program, and course on manifesting. I spent thousands of dollars trying to learn how to successfully manifest the life I desired only to find myself absorbing regurgitated information. Needless to say, my results were fleeting and limited. I started to doubt that this was anything more than another gimmick to sell products by promising an easy button to life.

And I know many of you are feeling the same way too.

So I decided to throw it all away and began approaching manifesting from a brand new perspective. I knew I couldn't just "think" my way to a better life. I knew that there were not enough affirmations in the world to hide the fact that deep within, I didn't necessarily feel worthy of what I was after. My exploration of manifesting had one simple rule, the same standard that governs all of my work: It had to take in the whole person, body, mind, and spirit, to be effective.

Here is what I have found:

  • Manifesting can be easeful and effortless...after we've put in a little bit of effort.
  • There is no singular approach to manifesting. Rather its a tad more complicated with a few more moving parts than standard manifesting approaches would lead us to believe.
  • Some aspects of our being are actively working against our efforts to improve our lives. Until we address these parts, it does not matter what we do on the outside.
  • When we blend the psychology of manifesting with the energy of manifesting, we have a holistic approach that inwardly and outwardly gets us aligned with more of what we desire.

And that my friend, is how you get your manifesting mojo dialed on high.

This new series unpacks my signature approach to manifesting, Integrative Manifesting, to help you design—from the inside out—the life you desire.

And while this process may not be "effortless," it is the means through which we can genuinely manifest lasting improvements in our life.

First, we will dive into the psychology of manifesting through an examination of our beliefs, thought patterns, sense of self-worth, and more.

Once this internal environment gets a nice overhaul, we will then move into the energy of manifesting. While this is the approach most are familiar with, I give you some new tools and tricks to keep up your sleeve to expand the pathways of creative energy. Here you will align with what you desire and begin to see opportunities quite hilariously fall into your lap. Additionally, I will introduce you to your multidimensional self. I will help you to move into remembrance of who you are and that miracles are quite literally your divine birthright. We will also debunk a few manifesting "truths" along the way so we can clear out the cobwebs around this often misunderstood art.

At the end of this series, you will have a whole approach towards manifesting that allows you to make shifts happen in your life.

Are you with me?

We will kick things off next by looking at worth and the role it plays in manifesting.
