We need some good right now — thoughts, ideas, actions and (actual) goods. Here are a few on our radar:

A Good Listen

Stumped on what to cook? Us, too. Enter: Home Cooking, a new podcast (by food industry veterans Hrishi Hirway and Samin Nosrat) to help you figure it out during quarantine.

Good Perspective

"Instead she is looking at this delay as something of a gift: to press the pause button on a career that had started to accelerate faster than felt comfortable, and to make entirely new paintings for her show, which will now be informed by this challenging cultural moment." 57-year-old Deborah Roberts is an artist, but will have to wait a moment longer for the platform she deserves.

A Good Watch

Our girl Phoebe Waller-Bridge is back, streaming on Amazon. “I hope this filmed performance of’ Fleabag’ can help raise money while providing a little theatrical entertainment in these isolated times. All money raised will support the people throughout our society who are fighting for us on the frontlines and those financially devastated by the crisis, including those in the theatre community."

Good Parenting Advice

"Believing in one’s own abilities makes parenting during a crisis easier, which bolsters a sense of self-worth and strength—suddenly, your other problems feel lighter. If you’ve been a parent for any length of time, no doubt you’ve proved yourself able to change in ways you never thought possible before you had kids."

A Good Move

We finally "attended" Dance Church and we can attest that it is pure JOY with a side of sweat. Donation based and streaming on Wednesdays and Sundays, it is the empowering movement we all need right now.
