Aries (March 21 - April 19)

As the month begins, Aries, have a tête-à-tête with your desire nature. Honestly hone in on what you crave and what turns you on. This will not only help you deepen and clarify your current aims, but will also assist you in tapping into a wealth of willpower and strategic know-how that can help you in your pursuits. One of the targets to keep in sight: how you perceive the work you’re doing, and how you may need to transform your approach to make your career more satisfying. This should come into further light around the Full Moon on the 8th.

Midmonth, test out whether shaking things up isn’t but the perfect antidote to feeling shook-up or anxious. Re-arrange the furniture in your home, surprise a family member with a phone call, change up your exercise routine, and/or initiate a do-over on that meeting that didn’t yield the results envisioned. Reflect upon the new things you learned and the aha moments that emerged from doing so.

What would it look like to live life loudly and proudly? This is something to consider around the New Moon on the 23rd. Do so by zeroing in on what it is that has you feeling lit up, free to create and express yourself with joy. Orient from your heart, invoke a bit of child-like wonder, and see how you move through your days differently. While there’s currently a storehouse of energy you can tap into — that’s yours to create with — just use it wisely and deliberately; this can help you sidestep the possibility that tapping into your burning desires doesn’t lead to burn-out.

Wellness tip: Try Borage flower essence for inspiring more courage and strengthening the heart chakra.

Ask yourself: What do I REALLY desire?

Be mindful of…what it physically feels like when you’re being generous.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

"What does financial freedom look like?" is a great question to consider during the first week of July. Yet, instead of just answering it quantitatively, also do so qualitatively, Taurus, considering what it would take for you to feel more ease when it comes to money matters. Remember, it’s personal: for example, for some it may be releasing shame, for others acknowledging the role family patterns play in personal fiscal habits, while for others it could be understanding the details of their money inflow/outflow. Hone in on what would have you feel more liberated, and then consider the practical steps necessary to make that happen.

If you feel a bit unmoored during the third week of July, do what you need to center your internal gyroscope. Go slow, take a personal time-out, and shower yourself with self-compassion. It’s a great time to be more mindful. Being attentive to what is occurring in your inner world inspires resilience to life’s slings and arrows while inspiring a deeper level of peace.

As the New Moon arrives on the 23rd, focus on how to feel more nourished by your nest. If you want to invest in something for your home, be thoughtful with your purchases: make sure that what you’re eyeing truly aligns with your values and will yield benefits commensurate with its price. Oh, and remember that survey you did earlier this month regarding your financial perspectives? If an opportunity arises for pooling resources around this time, look back to what you uncovered to see how it may guide you in making a cogent decision on how to move forward.

Wellness tip: Take 5! Carve out five minutes once (or more) each day to meditate.

Ask yourself: What would make my life richer?

Be mindful of…how you determine what has personal value to you.

Gemini (May 21 - June 21)

Fireworks contain a strong element of surprise; after all, it’s difficult to anticipate where in the sky they will appear and what they will look and sound like. Reflecting on this, let fireworks be your guiding image for the first week of July, Gemini. Let yourself be lit up by unplanned-for and dazzling displays of beauty and the pleasures that social engagements can yield. And remember that being open to the possibilities of the unexpected can keep you from being overly startled if something unforeseen occurs.

Mid-month, listening attentively to what others say may pay off in spades. Even a casual conversation could hold the missing piece that allows you to figure out a puzzle with which you’ve been struggling. It’s a great time to also reflect upon the amount of time you allocate to different communications activities. Whether your personal emails, team meetings, or Twitter scrolling, assess whether the time invested is truly yielding the results you want.

Bring to mind the axiom, “Good fences make good neighbors,” and see how it may guide you around the time of the New Moon on the 23rd. Consider how fortifying boundaries with those in your proximity — whether in your residence, workplace, or even at the adjoining table at the café — can create more ease and flow in your life. Also, around this time, tap into the significance of brotherhood and/or sisterhood; whether you reflect on your siblings or associations with like-minded people, look to how these personal connections inform and inspire you.

Wellness tip: Write in a journal to capture the thoughts and feelings that arise.

Ask yourself: What’s the difference between listening and hearing?

Be mindful of…how you feel when something catches you off-guard.

Cancer (June 22 - July 22)

Recalibrating relationships may be of primary importance during the first week or more of July for Cancer signs. If power dynamics are playing a starring role in your partnership(s), before letting misunderstandings escalate into volcanic blow-ups, take a step back. Feel into what’s triggering the escalation of upset, considering whether it’s related to emerging feelings of vulnerability or the sense that one of you isn’t being fully transparent. Commit to creating a safe space in which you can both share your feelings, seeing if the underlying relationship dynamics can be transformed.

What’s your superpower, that skill or talent you have that sets you apart? When the New Moon arrives on the 23rd, brainstorm how you can make an investment to enhance it, so that you can feel even more confident in the riches that it can yield for you and others. Perhaps it’s taking a class, or turning to a mentor, or practicing it more frequently…or just even seeing how believing in yourself, even a tiny bit more, can really enhance the way you move through life.

During the whole month, you may be feeling even more connected to the richness of your inner world, remembering how much pleasure can be derived from activities that allow you to nurture quietude. Allocate significant periods to “me-time” and finding places that feel like sanctuaries. Look deep inside yourself to better understand what beauty means to you, finding new ways of seeing how grace is something that emerges from within rather than without. As the month comes to a close, these reflections may manifest in your ability to more clearly shine forth your inherent beauty to the world.

Wellness tip: Transform your nightstand into an altar of things you find beautiful and/or sacred.

Ask yourself: How do I define beauty?

Be mindful of…whether being honest makes you feel more or less secure.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)

Orienting with curiosity during the first week of July may help you to see things that would otherwise not catch your attention, Leo. It’s a time of expanding your vista, notably from a numinous perspective: pay attention to your dreams, be open to synchronicities, and/or dust off your old tarot deck as a means of tuning into an inner sense of knowing. While you’re likely to have access to a flood of insights, just be careful not to be pulled off track by information overload.

You may find yourself with the ability to tap into an extra fount of energy around the 20th. It may be a very constructive and creative time, one in which you could feel more fueled to achieve your aims. Be open to taking an innovative path and the breakthroughs that you discover along the way. As you do, just make sure to double-check that your goals are in alignment with your belief systems, or else you could find yourself feeling more agitated than usual.

The annual Leo New Moon brings with it an opportunity for you to have a personal reset in some area of your life. This year, this lunation occurs on July 23rd. As this date arrives, reflect upon ways in which you want to redesign how you approach and navigate your life. If there is a new manner in which you’d like to shine and express yourself, consider what you need to make that happen.

Wellness tip: Keep a dream journal by your bedside.

Ask yourself: What do I need so that I can more confidently shine?

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)

During the first week of July, Virgo, you have the opportunity to break out of some negative thinking patterns, notably those involving beliefs that keep you feeling like you don’t belong. If a group dynamic doesn’t seem to uphold your sense of value, take a step back to see how to proceed: whether it’s taking a participation sabbatical or making adjustments to the collective’s shared vision, be confident that a solution can be found.

Make a concentrated intention to turn to your intuition mid-month, as the caliber of its clarity may seem stronger. To forge your faith in your inner wisdom, it’s of course important to be able to hear what it has to say. If your best critic (aka you) often muffles the volume of your intuition, ask it to step aside, even for a short period of time, and then tune in, and feel into, what your sixth sense is saying.

As the third week rolls around, intimacy may be on your mind. Whether you’re finding yourself desiring a closer connection or guarding against feeling vulnerable (or both), you have the opportunity to become more conscious in this realm. Even if you’ve brought this subject up again and again to your bff or therapist, taking some time alone to do some digging may yield great insights. Look to your earlier experiences, as well as messages that you may have received from family about intimacy, to see how you’ve adopted a storyline that has colored your perspectives.

Wellness tip: Use the sultry-scented ylang ylang essential oil as a perfume or to fragrance a room.

Ask yourself: How can I reframe my fear about intimacy?

Be mindful of…what your intuition is tapping into.

Libra (September 23 - October 22)

What would it look like to live with more freedom, Libra? If you could lasso in a bit more liberty and laissez faire, how would you do so? How can you infuse your life with more sparkle? Consider these questions on July 4th, reflecting upon what your own personal Declaration of Independence would look like. Create several goals based upon this vision.

Mid-month, the uber-Libran subject of fairness and justice may play a starring role on your radar as you deliberate what you can no longer justify spending your time and resources on. It’s a good time to assess whether any personal boundaries need strengthening; while saying “no” may seem challenging, when a situation really demands it, it can be a successful way to re-adjust relationship dynamics. Doing so can help you to feel more empowered and likely see a whole new way that your friendships can help you grow. Be a bit patient here, as it may take a week or so to see the results of the steps that you are taking.

The New Moon on the 23rd provides you an opportunity to apply your social savvy to raise awareness and/or money for a good cause. Survey your contact list to see who you can rally to participate. A better understanding of how a certain tech platform may either marshal team spirit or isolate individuals in the group can help you to discern how to proceed with a project.

Wellness tip: Try Centaury flower essence to bolster your ability to say "no" without guilt.

Ask yourself: What does freedom look like?

Be mindful of…whether your first instinct to a request is to say "yes" or "no."

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)

If you are like most Scorpios and you revel in intensity, then the beginning of the month will be right up your alley. The first couple of days may inspire you on a journey to discover the true motivation behind a friend’s or colleague’s recent actions. With power struggles whispering through some relationships, passions may be escalated. Be honest — first and foremost, with yourself — about what you want and what you desire. And then, see if there’s something that you’ve been holding on to, whose surrender may seem scary, and yet which you know may be the key to really manifesting something important.

Mid-month, be more open to being open-minded. Look at situations from this angle and that one…and even another. There may be many different ways to get to a destination, and even different destinations than you perceived at first glance; these may not seem obvious initially, but if you look at things systematically, yet through different vantage points, you’ll likely see new patterns emerging.

Beginning on the 20th, you may feel more fired up about your career. If you’ve been wanting to shake the dust loose and re-galvanizeyour vocational passion, you could find yourself with growing motivation to do so. Around the 26th, don’t be surprised by a desire to gain more recognition and/or a reward for your accomplishments. Feel into what greater success looks like and let that inform you as to the new path you may want to pursue.

Wellness tip: Vision board your career aspirations.

Ask yourself: What does success look like?

Be mindful of…something that’s reached its expiration date.

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)

While you’re adept at shooting from the hip, Sagittarius, be careful early in the month that being overly optimistic doesn’t result in shooting yourself in the foot. While you may be excited about the multiple opportunities that are presenting themselves, be cautious to not over-extend yourself, so as to avoid being spread too thin. Be positive, yet realistic.

Mid-month, partnerships may be key. It’s a good time to invest your energy in a group activity that aligns with your values. Whether it’s a networking event, happy hour gathering with friends, or dinner party that you and your significant other host, social engagements can leave you feeling more positive as well as expand your sphere of influence. Not only may beauty be more on your mind, but you could find yourself with an ability to more readily spot items that align with your sense of style — and possibly at a more affordable price than anticipated.

While the travel bug never journeys too far away from a Sagittarius, the New Moon on the 23rd may have you feeling a heightened sense of exploration. Let globetrotting really captivate you for a few days: ask people what their favorite destinations are, review the magazine clippings you’ve been saving, and/or do some research on that country that’s recently captured your attention. Not only will this satisfy the wanderer within you, it may also help you take some practical steps in manifesting your next vacation.

Wellness tip: Practice posture-strengthening exercises.

Ask yourself: How can I add more adventure to my life?

Be mindful of…not overextending yourself.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)

Instead of digging in your heels when it comes to a relationship, Capricorn, dig into a deeper level of honesty of what you really need when the Full Moon arrives on the 8th. Instead of casting them aside, listen to the feelings that are bubbling up inside of you. See how you can express a deeper degree of truthfulness when it comes to what works for you and what doesn’t. While it may feel risky, it may be just the thing needed to rebalance the power dynamics in a partnership and help it to truly flourish.

Your spidey senses may be in high swing around the 19th, as you’re able to tap into below-the-radar insights. That thing that makes so much sense to you right now may not be something you read or heard, but a groundswell of inner wisdom to which you can’t but help listen. Additionally, it’s a great time to give some structure to a communication plan, or even organize your computer files or desk.

Come the 23rd, the shifts you made earlier in the month regarding your relationship approach may reward you with even more dividends. You’ll likely get a better feel for whether a particular partnership has the integrity that you require and deserve. This may become clearer with the arrival of an invitation to greater intimacy, as that gives you a looking glass into how much you trust another person (as well as yourself).

Wellness tip: Kondo your office.

Ask yourself: How can I trust myself more?

Be mindful of…power dynamics in relationships.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)

As the month begins, Aquarius, keep your ears perked for conversations that pique your curiosity and brilliant ideas that seem to arrive out of nowhere. Remember that improvising may be the name of the game during July 4th festivities. Whether it’s the store being out of your favorite wine, your friends bringing unexpected guests, or the actual weather not mirroring what’s predicted, don’t worry; you’ll figure out a great Plan B, and one that may be more interesting and fun to boot.

Actually, staying bouncy may be a particular good strategy for you this month, notably leading up to and through the third week of July. Instead of waiting to see what shake-ups may be in store, look to see what changes you want to make. Have you been wanting to break out of an old pattern, try on a new look, or devise a new strategy? There’s no time like the present, as reinvention is the name of the game these days.

Even if a sibling or cousin isn’t generally your go-to when it comes to relationship counsel, be open to learning from their triumphs (or tribulations) around the New Moon on the 23rd. It’s also a great time to go to a local gathering; it may provide a valuable opportunity to connect with those who live in your neighborhood and get a new vantage point on the place you call home.

Wellness tip: Do exercises to enhance your bounciness: skip rope, do jumping jacks, or hop on a trampoline.

Ask yourself: What in my life is calling for reinvention?

Be mindful of…the benefits of improvising.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20)

Things may feel exceptionally bubbly and ebullient to you, Pisces, during the first week of July. Allow yourself to be filled with levity and optimism, yet also know your limits. While it’s a time of celebrating, remember that it only takes “one” to have “one too many.” With the winds of romance swirling around you, it may feel even easier than usual to feel swept away. So, if you feel like you’re dancing on air, try to also make a conscious effort to feel like your feet are also touching the ground; otherwise, emotional vertigo could overtake you.

Be on the lookout for family treasures mid-month. These may show up as heirlooms or hand-me-downs that not only have emotional significance but actually add an extra dose of style to your home. Alternatively, these jewels may instead be pearls of wisdom passed down from a relative, ones that help you to better navigate and deepen your most important relationships.

If you’ve been wanting some celestial support to get more organized, the New Moon on the 23rd may be just what you’re seeking. Clean a closet, finish that filing system, arrange the pantry, feng shui your bedroom — any activity that has you creating more order will feel very satisfying. The time you spend doing these tasks will pay off in spades in the time you’ll save in the future looking for something. And, of course, minimizing external chaos can only but inspire a greater sense of zen and harmony within.

Wellness tip: Follow the 1:1 rule — drink one glass of water for each glass of wine or cocktail you enjoy.

Ask yourself: How can I be inspired by romance without overly romanticizing something?

Be mindful of…how family values influence you.
